Stay away from this shop! I will never bring my equipment here ever again. All I needed was a forced regen. I dropped it off end of day Friday. One of the guys told me he will start on it 8am soon as they get in and it will take a couple of hours. I said ok cool, I called at 8:03 just to see had they started the regeneration process. I wasn’t rushing them at all, just trying to get a since of timing because I had to get an uber back up to the shop. Then I called around 10am to get an update. One of the guys were so rude. Basically told me I should be lucky they took my equipment and basically telling me to stop calling. He was very unprofessional. I’ve never seen a professional shop act in such a way. I called a total of 3 times with 2 hrs in between just to get updates on something I was told was going to be a couple of hours. Please stay away!

1300$ for oil change and a battery. They wouldn’t give me a quote for their service said it 160$ hourly. They are ripping people off! I’d leave 0 stars if that was an option

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place came well recommended from a few friends for fast and efficient service. I dropped the truck off because I was having a coolant loss issue that no one could figure out. The staff was nice and Cassidy was great...she even got Alan to come over so I could explain my issue to him. He let me know that they would systematically eliminate all possibilities until they figured out what was wrong. Long story short he replace water hose and an air valve. In the end said it may be a head gasket and told me he could not work on it this year! Then he hit me with a bill for 1750.00. I haven't been robbed like that in a while. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Alan and his techs are great. They get all our work. Fast turnaround and honest dealings. Great people that care about doing it right the first time!
